Job summary

The Humanity Health Group is seeking a passionate Behaviour Support Practitioner / Provisional Psychologist to join our Perth team. This hands-on, client-focused role focuses on supporting individuals with complex needs across the lifespan, delivering tailored behaviour support plans and working with families and multidisciplinary teams.

You will conduct assessments, implement and review plans, provide training to carers and staff, and maintain comprehensive records while pursuing ongoing

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• Registered Practitioner or eligibility to gain registration with the NDIS Commission.
• Strong understanding of evidence-based behaviour support approaches.
• Proven ability to achieve positive outcomes for clients.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a supportive team.
• Current driver’s licence and willingness to travel across the Perth metropolitan area as required.

About The Role

As a Behaviour Support Practitioner / Provisional Psychologist, you’ll support individuals with complex needs across the lifespan by conducting assessments, developing and implementing tailored behaviour support plans, and working closely with families, carers and multidisciplinary teams. Based in Perth, this is a hands-on, client-focused role where you’ll have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives while continuing to grow your professional skills.
