Puzzlez Early Learning Centre in Padstow NSW is seeking qualified educators who want a long‑term role in a supportive, non‑hierarchical environment. We won’t employ casual staff to fill gaps; you’ll be part of a stable team with regular mentoring and planning time.

Our educators have access to additional support from their management team, regular mentoring, opportunities to step away from the floor, professional development, planning time and genuine conversations about how things are going.

We don't employ casual educators to fill gaps in our team. Our team is stable!

Our educators know each other, know the children and know the families. And that matters.

We have educators who have been with us for 5, 10, 15+ years. That doesn't happen because a workplace is perfect, it happens because people feel valued enough to stay!
