Northern Health is seeking a Part Time Bed Access Coordinator within the Mental Health Division, based at Epping Campus, Melbourne’s northern growth corridor. You will lead access processes for acute mental health inpatient resources, ensuring timely, person-centred care in line with NH protocols and the Mental Health and Wellbeing Act 2022.

• Significant clinical experience in acute care settings.
• Demonstrated clinician leader in mental health.
• Experience negotiating complex systems with multiple stakeholders.
• Highly developed consultation, negotiation and conflict-resolution skills.
• Knowledge of inpatient, Emergency and General Hospital settings.
