Job summary

Priceline Sunshine Plaza is seeking an Assistant Retail Manager to help lead the store team and deliver strong sales and customer experience. You will support the store's financial targets and implement visual merchandising strategies to showcase health and beauty products.

The role requires several years in retail with supervisory exposure, plus the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including nights and weekends. This is a full-time opportunity with a well-known national retailer.

Responsibilities

• Inspire and lead the store team to deliver a customer-focused shopping experience.
• Visual merchandising to create an inviting, product-focused environment.
• Maximise sales and control store expenses including wages and shrinkage.
• Lead by example with loss prevention, health & safety.
• Execute marketing campaigns and grow SisterClub loyalty.
• Provide training and guidance to the team for continuous improvement.
