Beaches Beauty Avalon, a tranquil coastal salon in Avalon Beach, NSW, is hiring a Beauty Therapist for a permanent part-time role. You’ll deliver personalised treatments, including facials and waxing, and help clients feel cared for in a relaxing environment.

16 hours across two days, with potential for more hours as the business grows. Up to $35 per hour plus bonuses, incentives and commissions. Join a warm, supportive team that values quality, client care and ongoing training.

Formación

• Certificate IV or Diploma in Beauty Therapy (minimum requirement).
• Confidence and competence in performing facials and waxing.
• Good attention to detail and high standards.
• Passion for skin health and client wellbeing.

A Little About You

You’re a caring, enthusiastic and professional Beauty Therapist who genuinely loves helping people look and feel their best.

You understand that the little things make a big difference, a warm welcome, thoughtful attention to detail, a personalised treatment and ensuring every client leaves feeling relaxed, refreshed and confident.

You bring a positive attitude, a genuine passion for beauty and a desire to deliver exceptional client experiences. You enjoy being part of a team, take pride in your work and are keen to continue learning and growing.

Most importantly, you have a beautiful approach to client care and a passion for your profession.

What you’ll bring to the role

• Certificate IV or Diploma in Beauty Therapy (minimum requirement).
• Confidence and competence in performing facials and waxing.
• A warm, friendly and professional manner.
• Good attention to detail and a commitment to high standards.
• A genuine passion for skin health, beauty and client wellbeing.
• A reliable, positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow.

Additional skills we’d love, however aren’t essential: experience in lash lifts, massage, skin needling or HIFU would be highly regarded.
