Job summary

Talent Lab Co. seeks a Regulatory Affairs and Compliance Manager to lead product governance, oversight and external compliance across a fast-growing beauty portfolio. You will advise on claims, labeling, ingredient rules and post-market obligations while enabling rapid scaling across markets.

You will own regulatory reviews, build scalable documentation systems and partner with Product, Marketing and Operations to balance risk with speed to market. Australian experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Min 5 years in Regulatory Affairs or Product Compliance within beauty.
• Strong knowledge of cosmetic regulations and claims compliance.
• Experience managing technical docs and artwork review.
• Understanding retailer expectations and export markets.
• Balance technical rigour with commercial practicality.

Responsibilities

• Be the internal go-to expert on regulatory affairs and product governance.
• Provide clear, commercially sharp advice shaping decisions across teams.
• Build scalable compliance systems, controls and workflows.
• Own regulatory review and approval of products across portfolio.
• Support international expansion by identifying market regs.
• Maintain audit-ready regulatory documentation.
