Job summary

DBG Health is seeking a Demand Planner to join the Beauty Supply Chain team. You will develop and maintain long-term demand forecasts across a growing portfolio, analysing trends and market insights to optimise inventory levels and service metrics.

Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain, you will support S&OP processes and drive improvements in forecasting accuracy, data quality and planning tools. A tertiary qualification in Supply Chain or related field is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Demand Planning, Forecasting or Supply Chain Planning in FMCG/Beauty or Manufacturing.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into business actions.
• Advanced Excel; experience with Power BI and forecasting systems is advantageous.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and senior leaders.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Formal qualification in Supply Chain, Business or Commerce.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain demand forecasts to optimise inventory and service levels.
• Analyse sales trends, product performance and market insights for risks and opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain to align forecasts and support monthly S&OP.
• Monitor forecast accuracy and propose corrective actions with stakeholders.
• Support new product launches and promotions via forecast assumptions.
• Drive continuous improvement across planning processes and data quality.
