Job summary

A leading health care organization is seeking an Administration Officer to support various health staff at Bear Cottage. What you'll be doing

The Administration Officer plays a vital role in supporting the NUM, Business Manager, Allied Health Staff and other Level I Managers. Bear Cottage is an initiative of CHW and is part of the SCHN. It is remotely located in Manly NSW, and as such the Managers and Staff do not have ready access to administrative facilities at CHW. The Administrative Officer will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the Cottage, including general secretarial and administrative support.

About You
  • Demonstrates experience in providing high level administrative support in a team environment.
  • Demonstrates experience in managing and maintaining both websites and other social media channels for commercial enterprises.
  • Demonstrates capacity to work independently and as a member of a team and exercise initiative and judgment in dealing with confidential and sensitive issues.
