A leading health care organization is seeking an Administration Officer to support various health staff at Bear Cottage. This role involves providing vital administrative support to ensure efficient operations and includes managing websites and social media. The successful candidate will demonstrate capability in high-level administrative tasks and work effectively in a team to handle confidential issues. This is a full-time temporary position with an excellent environment focused on children's health.

Sydney Children's Hospitals Network is the largest paediatric health care entity in Australia. We care for thousands of children each year in our hospitals and in their homes — with one purpose in mind — to help young people live their healthiest lives.
The Administration Officer plays a vital role in supporting the NUM, Business Manager, Allied Health Staff and other Level I Managers. Bear Cottage is an initiative of CHW and is part of the SCHN. It is remotely located in Manly NSW, and as such the Managers and Staff do not have ready access to administrative facilities at CHW. The Administrative Officer will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the Cottage, including general secretarial and administrative support.
