Right now, we are experiencing rapid growth and are seeking a bright and energised Battlespace System Administrator to join our inspired team.
In this role, you will contribute to the critical outcomes of the Australian Defence Force by delivering complex, state-of-the-art programs designed to keep Australia safe. Working across multiple operating systems, Windows, Linux and Unix, the Battlespace Administrator is a critical role for ensuring the continued operation of the Battlespace Surveillance Centre (BSC) at the RAAF Edinburgh base. This includes managing and maintaining mission system services, performing day-to-day operational and administrative tasks, monitoring system availability and capacity, incident management, problem diagnoses and resolution, backups/patch management and cyber security while complying with change management procedures and working in a defence environment.
Your hours of work shall average 38 hours per week over a defined work cycle, including days & nights on all days of the week from Monday to Sunday.
