• Experience managing and growing a client portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Accounting & Tax team in Bathurst, collaborating with national partners.
• Manage and grow a strong client portfolio across SME, agricultural and high-net-worth clients.
• Deliver tax planning, structuring and advisory services.
• Mentor and develop the local Bathurst team and contribute to growth strategy.
• Build relationships across the Bathurst region and national network.
