Hi, I’m looking for an experienced handyman, bathroom renovator, or small renovation team to inspect a property in St Albans Park and provide a quote for a full renovation of the bathroom and toilet. The bathroom and toilet are in original condition and require complete renovation.

Scope of Work

• Bathroom:
  • Removal of old vanity, bathtub, shower screen, tiles
  • Installation of new vanity, new bathtub or shower area, new tiles, waterproofing, plumbing fixtures, etc.
  • New flooring
  • Subfloor repair (current floor has visible damage/marks)
• Toilet:
  • Install new toilet
  • Re-tile or replace flooring
  • Flooring looks damaged and may require leveling or replacement
