Job summary

Aimbridge Hospitality is seeking a Bartender to join our hotel team, delivering a first-class dining experience for guests. You will greet guests, take orders, and serve drinks while ensuring a clean, well-stocked bar and dining area.

You will work closely with hotel staff to support service excellence, with flexibility to cover varying shifts, including evenings and weekends. Previous hospitality experience and cocktail knowledge are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Flexibility to work varying shifts including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Serve drinks and meals, handling payments accurately.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area; restock supplies as needed.
• Assist with food preparation as required and support other hotel staff.
• Adhere to licensing legislation and safety standards while delivering a first-class guest experience.
