Job summary

Verandah Bar is seeking a capable bartender to manage busy lunch and after-work periods, DJ nights and event service in a central Sydney venue. You will maintain a clean, well-stocked bar and deliver warm, engaging service to all guests.

Ideal candidates have proven bartending experience, NSW RSA, and confidence behind a cocktail station and taps. Availability Monday through Saturday is expected to cover peak shifts in a vibrant precinct.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience in a busy pub or bar setting.
• Current NSW RSA certification.
• Confident handling cocktails and beer taps.
• Genuine passion for hospitality and high bar energy.
• Able to work Monday to Saturday.
