Caption by Hyatt Central Sydney is seeking a part-time Barista to join our team in Sydney. We’re looking for someone who loves coffee, values community and dynamic service, and can thrive in a local, fresh environment.

You'll craft espresso beverages, assist with Grab & Go orders, and engage with guests using tech like POS and QR ordering. RSA certification is preferred or a willingness to obtain one.

Formación

• Barista experience (or hospitality experience with a willingness to learn fast).
• Love for good coffee, good people, and good vibes.
• Confidence in your craft—and curiosity to keep improving.
• A collaborative, can-do spirit (you’re happy to jump in wherever needed).
• Availability for rotating rosters, including weekends and public holidays.
• RSA certificate (or willingness to obtain one).

Responsabilidades

• Craft consistently great coffee—from flat whites to cold brews with speed and style.
• Own your station and support others—espresso machine, restocking Talk Shop, or helping a guest with their Grab & Go order.
• Use our tech confidently (POS, kiosk, QR)—making sure guests feel supported but empowered.
• Keep our social spaces looking sharp and feeling warm—infused with local flavour and personality.
• Prioritise safety, quality, and connection—because we care for people so they can be their best.
