Job summary

Muffin Break Charlestown is seeking a Barista / Customer Service Superstar to join the team. The successful candidate will bring at least 2 years of barista experience, a solid understanding of espresso dosage and latte art, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

Ideal applicants will thrive in a busy environment, be capable of selling to achieve budgets, and be available for a casual roster of 4–5 shifts per week including weekends. Start ASAP is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years barista experience.
• Solid understanding of dosage, extraction and latte art.
• Able to handle busy periods on the coffee machine while maintaining speed and quality.
• Passion for customer service and a sales-focused approach.
• Casual roster of 4–5 shifts per week with weekday and weekend availabilities.
• Willing to work independently and as part of a team.
• Available to start ASAP.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers at the counter and on the register.
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service to drive satisfaction.
• Clear tables and wash dishes as needed to maintain service flow.
