Job Q is hiring a Barista / Café All-Rounder for Brioche by Philip at Eastland Shopping Centre in Ringwood, VIC. The role can be part-time or full-time with casual options, and an immediate start is available.

You’ll craft quality coffee, take orders, help with light cafe meals, and support various cafe tasks in a busy setting. We’re seeking a friendly, reliable team player with café experience who can work weekdays and at least one weekend day.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of barista or café experience.
• Friendly, reliable and a good team player.
• Happy to learn and lend a hand wherever needed.

Responsibilities

• Make great coffee for customers.
• Take orders and look after customers.
• Prepare toasties and light café meals; assist with food prep.
• Maintain cleanliness and support café duties.
