Job summary

Muffin Break Sunshine Plaza in Maroochydore (Sunshine Plaza) is seeking enthusiastic team members for barista, cafe all-rounder, and possible baking shifts. We are looking for individuals with a great attitude who can thrive in a busy environment and are keen to stay with us long‑term.

Weekday and weekend shifts available, with hands-on training and a lively, friendly workplace. If you enjoy coffee, great people, and a buzzing café atmosphere, we’d love to hear from you!

Qualifications

• Barista experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced café/bakery environment.
• Willingness to work both weekdays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Prepare high-volume espresso beverages and other drinks.
• Assist with baking shifts when available.
• Provide friendly front-of-house service to customers.

We’re on the lookout for enthusiastic and reliable team members to join our busy kiosk. Currently, we’re hiring for:

Barista / Cafe all rounder with potential baking shifts if interested / Front of House Staff

Weekday and/or Weekend shifts available.

What we’re looking for:

High volume Barista experience preferred (but a great attitude and willingness to learn are always welcome).

A positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
