GYG is seeking a Crew/Barista to greet customers, take orders and roll burritos in a fast-paced hospitality setting in Australia. You’ll help with multiple roles, from restocking to basic food prep, and maintain a clean, welcoming venue.

Experience is helpful but not essential. Barista training and a positive, proactive attitude are valued, with availability for early shifts from 6am to 10am and a team-driven culture.

• Open to coaching, eager to learn and ready to put in the effort.
• Barista trained with experience.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers and take orders.

OurCrew/Barista's are the life blood of GYG. You are on the front line, greeting customers, taking orders, rolling burritos, re-stocking the fridges, basic food prep, wiping tables, making every guest love us through our coffee and learning other roles across the team. You’ll get exposure to every aspect of what goes into running a busy, GYG business.

Experience is helpful, but it’s not everything. What we mean is:

• Experience in hospitality venues or fast paced environments is great but not essential
• You’re open to coaching, eager to learn and ready to put in the effort
• ‘Can do’ attitude and can be relied upon to follow through
• Barista trained with experience
• Availability to work between 6am till 10am.
