• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure during peak service times
• Flexibility and reliability, with a willingness to adapt to changing schedules in a casual role
• Basic food handling knowledge or a willingness to obtain relevant certifications
• Positive attitude and passion for creating an excellent customer experience

Responsibilities

• Operating and maintaining coffee machines and other equipment to ensure consistent quality and safety
• Taking customer orders and processing payments accurately
• Maintaining a clean and hygienic work station, including proper sanitisation of equipment
• Engaging with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing recommendations and ensuring satisfaction
• Managing inventory of coffee beans, milk, syrups and other supplies
• Following health and safety regulations and company policies at all times
• Working collaboratively with team members during busy periods to ensure efficient service
