Job summary

Co-Conspirators Brewing Company in Brunswick is seeking a hands-on Bar Team Leader to guide day-to-day brewpub operations and support a casual bar team.

The role involves line management of bar staff, stock control, opening/closing duties, and ensuring service standards while backing events and beer releases. A current RSA is required; the position is part-time with a minimum of 25 hours per week.

Qualifications

• / Must have at least 4 years' hospitality experience.
• / Experience leading staff or running shifts.
• / Comfortable with nights and weekends.
• / Enjoy customer service and creating a welcoming venue.

Responsibilities

• Lead bar service during rostered shifts.
• Direct casual bar staff.
• Open and close the venue.
• Maintain bar cleanliness, presentation and service standards.
• Communicate daily priorities to the team.
• Manage stock levels, ordering notes, deliveries and rotation.
• Assist with stocktake, par levels and invoice checks.
• Keep tap lists, POS and online menus accurate.
• Support events, functions and beer releases.
• Help staff build beer knowledge and customer service.
