About the Role

This is a permanent, full-time position (38 hours per week) paid under the Hospitality Industry (General) Award, Level 5 rates.

You’ll play a key role in the daily operation of the bar — supporting management, leading shifts, and helping our friendly team deliver an exceptional experience to our patrons.

The role includes some nights, weekends, and public holidays as part of a permanent roster.

Your Responsibilities
  • Lead and support the front-of-house team during busy shifts
  • Maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and presentation
  • Manage stock, cash handling, and daily bar operations
  • Assist with staff training and rostering
  • Ensure RSA compliance and uphold venue policies
About You
  • At least 2 years’ bar or supervisory experience in a busy venue
  • Skilled in making both signature and classic cocktails
  • Current RSA, Food Handling and Approved Manager qualification (mandatory)
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Reliable, organised, and hands‑on approach
  • Able to commit to a permanent work roster including some nights, weekends, and public holidays
  • A genuine love for hospitality and great local produce
