Alh Hotels is seeking a Bar and Gaming Attendant for Mermaid Waters Hotel on the Gold Coast. You will welcome guests, promote menu items, and deliver memorable service across bar and dining areas.

The role involves hands-on duties, including lifting, with a strong emphasis on guest experience and teamwork. RSA and RSG certificates are essential, and a willingness to engage with gaming, TAB, and Keno activities is preferred.

Qualifications

• This role requires hands-on work with the ability to lift and move items safely.
• RSA and RSG certificates are mandatory.
• Flexible availability to cover shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide warm, engaging service.
• Recommend food and drinks to guests to enhance their experience.
• Deliver high standards of service from start to finish of each visit.
• Assist the gaming and wagering team when needed and legally able.
• Maintain safety and game room standards and assist with stock when required.
