Job Description

Summary:

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including restocking supplies and cleaning glasses, utensils, and equipment.
• Engage with customers, providing recommendations, answering questions, and addressing any concerns or complaints.
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately, processing payments and providing change as needed.
• Adhere to all safety and health regulations, ensuring a safe environment for both customers and staff.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and exceptional customer service.
• Stay updated on current beverage trends and menu offerings to provide an enhanced experience for customers.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a bar or restaurant setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
• Knowledge of various alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages, including their ingredients and preparation methods.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Adhere to health, safety, and liquor service protocols by following all food safety rules, responsible service of alcohol guidelines, and other policies and procedures.
