DoubleTree by Hilton Perth Waterfront is seeking a friendly Bar Attendant to join our team. You’ll mix, garnish and serve drinks while delivering warm hospitality and memorable guest experiences in a vibrant cityfront setting.

Bring 1–2 years of bartending or related F&B experience, a valid RSA, and strong customer service skills to ensure smooth bar operations and compliance with safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of full Australian Working rights (sponsorship not offered).
• 1–2 years of bartending or related F&B experience.
• Valid RSA certificate.

Responsibilities

• Delight our guests with a friendly attitude and proactive service.
• Prepare and serve beverages according to recipes and standards.
• Maintain bar operations: stock, glassware, perishables for seamless service.
• Process payments accurately using the POS system.
• Monitor product quality and manage inventory of beverages.
• Address guest concerns professionally and maintain a safe environment.
• Comply with health, safety, sanitation and responsible alcohol service regulations.
