Job summary

NAB Clifford Gardens Branch in Toowoomba is seeking a Branch Customer Advisor to deliver a seamless, tailored customer experience and support customers with banking needs.

You will identify suitable products, support account openings, lending and transactions, and promote self-service and digital banking options for simplicity and security.

You’ll make an impact by:

• Support NAB’s Clifford Gardens branch by being the first point of contact for our customers; putting them at the centre of everything you do.
• Identify the most suitable products and services for customers: like account opening, unsecured lending and banking transactions
• Demonstrate our Smarter Banking options (self-service and digital) for customers; making so banking is simple, easy and secure.

The Hours (5 days per week):

Join our team in this role within the hours 8:30am – 5:00pm, Monday to Friday.
