Job summary

The Coles Group in Cowes, VIC, is looking for a Bakery Team Member to support bakery operations, including preparation, packing and labeling, and safe use of bakery equipment. You will help maintain a clean, efficient workspace and contribute to high product quality.

You’ll be on your feet for extended periods, with flexible hours across store trading days, including early mornings, evenings and weekends. No prior bakery experience is required, and you’ll have opportunities to learn while

Qualifications

• To know your stuff, as you’ll be a go-to person for customer queries
• To be active – you’ll be on your feet for long periods of time and may require some moderate to heavy lifting and reaching
