Job summary

Drakes Gympie is seeking a motivated leader to join and help lead the bakery department in our Gympie store. You will report to the Bakery Manager and be responsible for managing a small team, creating rosters, placing orders and completing stock takes.

Qualifications

• Fresh food retail knowledge
• Bakery experience is preferred, but not essential
• Ability to lead and manage a team
• Ability to order and control costs
• An excellent understanding of gross profit calculations
