You’ll coach a diverse team, set priorities, monitor quality and availability, and partner with store leadership to drive results.

You’ll be supported through the Store Leadership Pathway, with opportunities to grow into Store Management or specialist roles while maintaining a safe, inclusive and high-performing team

Formación

• Experience leading a department or team in a retail environment.
• Ability to manage bakery production, stock and quality control.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
