Job summary

Woolworths Supermarkets bakery team in NSW is seeking a motivated baker. Your passion for baking will deliver fresh, high quality products daily and you’ll join a fast-paced, supportive team that values knowledge sharing.

You’ll lead with Everyday ACTs, champion food safety, manage station cleanliness, and help develop your teammates while maintaining pace under busy periods. Uniforms provided, discounts, and wellbeing support available.

Qualifications

• A formal baking qualification or industry equivalent.
• Previous work experience in a fast-paced bakery environment.
