Job summary

Woolworths Group is seeking a passionate baker to join our Fresh Food team in Australia. You’ll deliver high-quality bakery products daily, work in a fast-paced, energised environment, and enjoy early starts that help you beat the traffic and keep your afternoons free.

The role requires a formal baking qualification or industry-equivalent, plus previous bakery experience. You’ll champion food safety, lead and support your team, and help create experiences customers genuinely love, with a culture
