8+ years of marketing experience with 3+ years in senior B2B leadership.
Strong experience across digital marketing, SEO, PPC, social and email.
Proven track record translating marketing into revenue, pipeline and growth.

Responsibilities

Develop and deliver the annual and quarterly marketing strategy.
Lead, coach and develop the Marketing Team.
Set the overall brand and communications direction.
Own the marketing budget and measure ROI and commercial performance.
Drive eCommerce strategy, growth and customer experience.
Oversee major website, eCommerce and systems developments.
Lead digital marketing and lead-generation strategy across SEO, PPC, social and email.
Oversee eDM campaigns and conversion performance.
Manage PR, media relationships, awards and corporate communications.
Lead go-to-market strategies and new product launches.
Ensure Sales teams have collateral and tools to convert opportunities.
Manage external agencies, suppliers and specialist partners.
Report marketing performance, revenue contribution and pipeline to senior leadership.
