Job summary

Arinco in Sydney is seeking a business development focused Account Executive to drive growth in Azure migrations and cloud infrastructure projects for enterprise customers.

You will lead customer engagements, design architecture with Azure Bicep/Terraform, and promote DevOps practices, AI workloads, and repeatable IP. Strong Azure background and consultative approach required.

Qualifications

Job description

Since 2019, we’ve partnered with more than 200 organisations across government, financial services, healthcare, retail, utilities and more. We partner with customers needing innovative solutions to their technical and business challenges, working with high-growth start-ups, ISVs, corporates, enterprises, and governments, across a broad range of industries and technical environments.

Last year we grew our teams in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane and Perth. This year, we are aiming to double in size as we continue to grow the business based on customer demand. We need a strong business development focused Account Executive to join us to make this a reality.

What You’ll Do:

• The right consultant for our team will be customer centric – with a focus on ensuring that the customers outcomes are met and their business results are met using best practices and repeatable IP.You have extensive experience with Azure Infrastructure and are proven experience working on large scale enterprise migrations onto Azure platforms. Experience with implementing AI workloads securely and safely will also be highly regarded.
• You should be confident with your technical leadership. All Arinco consultants are expected to be trusted advisors for their customers, and you will have expertise with Azure migrations and have led customers in the migration journeys leveraging your Azure Infrastructure expertise. Other technical experience should include a strong understanding of Azure Bicep, Terraform, Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and GitHub.
• Proven and in-depth experience working with Azure technologies.This includes providing architecture and solutions designs. Hosting workshops and customer assessments, gathering requirements to work with customers to design what “good” looks like.
• Familiar with DevOps methodologies and DevOps tooling such as GitHub or Azure DevOps with your technical obsession extending to AI technologies.
• You will have a proven experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, systems administration, networking, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting or related field

• You know the importance of working collaboratively and positively with teams. Your communication style, both written and verbal, lends itself to positive work environments and defuse tension.
• Ability to lead teams as well as work as an independent contributor.You can dial your leadership skills up and down as needed.
