Job summary

NRI Australia & New Zealand is seeking experienced Azure Integration Developers to join our growing consulting team in a hybrid Melbourne/Brisbane‑area role. You will design, build and optimize integration solutions using Logic Apps, Functions, and Service Bus, translating interface specs into robust data flows and mappings.

You will implement business logic, data transformations, and reliable messaging, while applying resiliency patterns and secure configurations.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience delivering end-to-end Azure integration or DevOps solutions in enterprise environments.
• Strong design skills for data mappings and transformation logic.
• Experience with REST APIs, OAuth2, JWT, JSON/XML/XSLT, and Microsoft Graph.
• Experience with infrastructure as code, security, monitoring, and IAM in Azure.

Responsibilities

• Design and build integration solutions using Azure Logic Apps, Functions, and Service Bus.
• Translate interface specifications into detailed technical designs including data flows and mappings.
• Implement business logic, data transformations, and reliable messaging patterns.
• Apply resiliency patterns including retries, idempotency, and structured error handling.
• Develop and execute unit and integration tests, supporting SIT and UAT cycles.
• Configure and manage Azure DevOps environments and CI/CD pipelines.
• Provision and manage infrastructure using Bicep or Terraform.
• Implement secure configurations using Key Vault, managed identities, and RBAC.
• Own release and deployment processes, including rollbacks and environment promotion.
• Establish monitoring, logging, and alerting using Azure Monitor and Application Insights.
• Produce and maintain technical documentation, mappings, and runbooks.

What We're Looking For:

• Strong experience with Azure Integration Services (Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus, APIM)
• Proven ability to design technical solutions, data mappings, and transformation logic
• Experience working with REST APIs, OAuth2, JWT, JSON/XML/XSLT, and Microsoft Graph
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, including repos, branching strategies, and CI/CD pipelines
• Expertise in Infrastructure as Code (Bicep preferred, Terraform beneficial)
• Strong knowledge of Azure security (Entra ID, managed identities, Key Vault, RBAC)
• Experience implementing monitoring and observability (Application Insights, Log Analytics, Azure Monitor)
• Scripting and automation skills using PowerShell, Bash, or Azure CLI
• Proven track record delivering end-to-end Azure integration or DevOps solutions in enterprise environments
