Job summary

Arinco is seeking a data consultant in Australia to lead agent-powered data initiatives within our Intelligent Data Practice. You will leverage Azure/Microsoft data skills to design and deliver scalable data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, and trusted data platforms for clients across ANZ.

As a T-shaped consultant, you’ll collaborate with AI agents and Copilot to accelerate delivery, build repeatable data solutions in Microsoft Fabric or Azure Databricks, and communicate complex data concepts to

Qualifications

Experience providing assessment and solution design before coding begins.
Deep knowledge of infrastructure - provisioning and managing data platforms.
Experience with data acquisition and ETL/ELT at scale.
Data modelling skills for scalable, complex structures.
AI/ML integration into data platforms and products.
Visualization skills to turn data into actionable insights.
Excellent communication for technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Build data pipelines and reusable ETL/ELT processes in Python using Microsoft Fabric or Azure Databricks.
Pair with agents and leverage Copilot to accelerate delivery.
Connect with customers via standups, workshops, and stakeholder calls to align outcomes.
