Job summary

Flight Centre Travel Group is looking for a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to design, deploy, and operate shared cloud platforms. You will empower engineering teams with modern DevOps practices, automation, and cloud-native solutions on Azure.

You will build CI/CD pipelines, manage Azure infrastructure, and participate in architecture discussions to improve reliability, security, and performance across our cloud environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years' experience as a DevOps Engineer in Azure environments.
• Strong knowledge of cloud security principles and Azure security best practices.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and monitor/observability tooling.
• Experience running containerised apps with Docker and AKS.
• Scripting experience with Bash and Python; Linux/Windows administration.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and operate shared cloud build/hosting platforms.
• Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions.
• Manage Azure cloud infrastructure within Flight Centre Technology environment.
• Automate cloud infrastructure and IaC deployments to improve efficiency.
• Ensure platform reliability and performance via monitoring/observability.
