Job summary

Boeing Defence Australia seeks an Avionics Supervisor to support the AH-64E Apache sustainment effort in North Queensland. You will lead technical activities, oversee maintenance and documentation, and uphold safety and quality in a high-readiness environment.

Qualifications

• Specialist Avionics Supervisor with Apache type rating and 5+ years on Apache.
• Certificate IV in Aeroskills (Avionics) or international equivalent.
• Aircraft Maintenance Licence or willingness to attain one.
• Ability to work with QA procedures and safety standards.
• Strong initiative, task prioritisation and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Conduct aircraft and component maintenance within your authorisation scope.
• Mentor team members to ensure proficiency and standards compliance.
• Prioritise workloads to maintain a high-tempo operational flow.
• Maintain precise technical documentation and competency logs.
• Propose innovative solutions to improve methods and safety.
