Job summary

Boeing Defence Australia seeks a Warehouse Store Person to support the HATS program at the Army Aviation Centre, Oakey QLD. You will manage warehousing, stock movements and inventory systems for EC135 helicopter spares, ensuring regulatory compliance and accurate record-keeping.

The role requires proven warehousing experience, forklift licence (preferred), Microsoft Office proficiency, and Australian citizenship for Defence security clearance.

Qualifications

• Experience in supply support roles and functions.
• Proven ability with inventory management systems and methodologies.
• Must meet physical requirements for warehouse tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory to ensure accountability and traceability.
• Raise inventory requisitions for spare parts.
• Handle Goods Inwards and Goods Receipt to regulatory requirements.
• Manage non-conforming products and Quarantine store.
• Maintain IMS records including inventory tracking and disposition of assets.
• Support Shelf-Life management and program objectives.
