Job summary

Swissport International AG is seeking an HR Specialist to advise on employee relations, workplace relations and industrial relations matters within a fast-paced aviation services environment. You will support investigations, disciplinary processes and performance management while partnering with leaders to minimize risk and ensure compliant outcomes.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in workplace relations, employee relations, or industrial relations.
• Experience handling investigations, disciplinary matters and terminations.
• Sound knowledge of Fair Work Act, NES, modern awards and enterprise agreements.
• Practical advisory support to operational leaders with commercial focus.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee and workplace relations across the business.
• Provide guidance on performance management, misconduct, and grievances.
• Conduct and support investigations, interviewing parties, and reporting findings.
• Prepare employment letters, show cause notices, warnings and termination docs.
• Support Fair Work Act and industrial relations matters and compliance.
