Job summary

Mediix Recruitment in Sydney's Hills District invites a Community Physiotherapist to join a well-established multidisciplinary team. You will deliver in-home and on-site physiotherapy across the Hills District with real autonomy and the clinical backing of a capable team.

You will work with diverse caseloads including NDIS participants, aged care, post-operative rehab, and chronic musculoskeletal conditions, under supervision from a Team Leader and owners.

Qualifications

• AHPRA-registered Physiotherapist, new graduates welcome.
• Genuine interest in community-based physiotherapy and client relationships.
• Understanding of NDIS frameworks and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality assessments and treatments in clients' homes and on-site.
• Develop tailored treatment plans and home exercise programs.
• Write clear NDIS documentation and progress reports.
• Liaise with GPs, support coordinators, aged care staff and family.
• Contribute to team case discussions and in-services.
• Be part of a supportive multidisciplinary team culture.
