Job summary

Lube Mobile, part of the Bridgestone Australia Group, is seeking two Area Managers to lead and inspire mobile technicians across Thornbury and Truganina. You will ensure safe, efficient operation of your zone while driving sales, profitability and exceptional customer experiences.

As a hands-on people leader, you’ll coach teams, manage budgets and KPIs, maintain high safety standards and build strong relationships with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership across operational/service teams.
• Strong commercial acumen with budgets & metrics.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to motivate and develop diverse teams.
• Current unrestricted driver’s licence.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop technicians and staff.
• Drive sales, profit and productivity across the zone.
• Manage operational performance, budgets and KPIs.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and effective complaint resolution.
• Recruit, train and develop team members.
• Maintain high standards of safety, compliance and operational excellence.
• Manage fleet, equipment and site resources to maximise efficiency.
