Job summary

The Constructive Collective is seeking an experienced Civil Drafter for Sydney-based projects. The role focuses on producing accurate civil drafting deliverables across subdivision and brownfield works, developing plans and models from design inputs, and coordinating with engineers, designers, and other drafters.

You will manage your workload with senior support available, enabling autonomy while maintaining project alignment. The team operates from a Sydney base with a strong project pipeline.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in civil drafting.
• Able to work independently with senior support when needed.
• Residential subdivision, greenfield and brownfield project experience preferred.
• Proficient with AutoCAD and 12D.

Responsibilities

• Produce civil drafting deliverables across subdivision and brownfield projects.
• Develop plans, models and supporting documentation from design inputs.
• Coordinate with engineers, designers & drafters on project delivery.
• Manage workload and task priorities with appropriate oversight.
