Job summary

Kennards Self Storage Burleigh Heads is seeking an Assistant Manager to run daily centre operations and lead a small team. You’ll deliver outstanding customer service and storage solutions, driving sales and ensuring a safe, well-presented facility.

You’ll work with a supportive Centre Manager, benefit from 4 weeks of on-the-job training, coaching, and ongoing development programs, including SIP course support, and a generous referral scheme.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
• Ability to drive sales while delivering excellent service.
• Capable of multitasking and organising daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service and sales, helping customers find storage and packaging solutions.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety and maintenance of the centre.
• Manage daily operations and administration; support the Centre Manager.
• Work with a rotating weekend roster and contribute to a positive team culture.
