Job summary

Big Box Cars is inviting applications for an Automotive Service Cadet at our Salisbury site. This entry level role suits someone with a can-do attitude, great attention to detail, and a desire to grow in a fast-paced automotive environment.

You’ll assist with reconditioning, track progress across workshop stages, and help process orders and documentation to keep vehicles moving on time and to standard. A strong team culture and internal promotion are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Year 12 completion preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organisation.
• Solid computer and data entry skills.
• Clear communication and a team-focused attitude.
• A proactive mindset and willingness to learn.
• Admin/customer service experience and an interest in the automotive industry.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with vehicle reconditioning and car preparation processes
• Tracking vehicle progress through workshop, paint, panel, detailing and photography
• Processing repair orders, invoices and vehicle documentation
• Coordinating vehicle movements with internal teams and stakeholders
• Updating records and ensuring all processing information is accurate
• Supporting the team to deliver vehicles on time and to quality standards
