For Automotive Service Advisors and Customer Liaison Officers to enhance customer satisfaction for an established automotive group. As an Automotive Service Advisor, you will be the crucial link between customers and the service department. A Permanent Full Time position within a family-oriented and supportive environment.

  • Requires : Strong mechanical background with experience in customer service. No Sponsorship on offer .
  • Salary guide : $65,000 per annum plus potential bonuses based on performance + relocation assistance.
  • Location : Tamworth & North West NSW Region.
Your normal day will involve:
  • Engaging with customers to discuss vehicle concerns and advise on necessary services or repairs.
  • Coordinating service schedules and managing vehicle flow in the workshop.
  • Preparing precise job cards and ensuring accurate documentation.
  • Translating technical information for customers and communicating needs to technicians.
  • Reviewing completed work for quality assurance and following up with customers.
  • Upselling additional services that enhance vehicle performance and safety.
