Job summary

Repco Atherton is seeking a Customer Sales & Service representative for a casual role. You will help customers in-store, over the phone, and online to ensure a great shopping experience. The position focuses on service, showroom standards, and basic stock handling in a busy retail and trade environment.

You’ll need a friendly, safe, and collaborative approach, with the ability to lift and move stock and work as part of a team. No late-night trading is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service roles within retail or trade environments.
• Ability to lift, bend and climb as part of duties.
• Strong merchandising and showroom presentation skills.
