You will oversee receiving, picking, packing, and dispatch, coordinate workloads, and drive inventory accuracy while supporting staff through training and leadership. A forklift licence is highly regarded in this role.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse team leadership/supervisory experience.
• Strong inventory and freight knowledge.
• Experience with ERP/WMS systems.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Forklift licence highly regarded.

Responsabilités

• Lead daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and dispatch.
• Coordinate team workloads and maintain productivity.
• Manage inventory accuracy, stock transfers, and cycle counts.
• Support staff through training, coaching, and leadership.
• Maintain a safe and efficient warehouse environment.
• Liaise with transport, customer service, and sales teams.
