CMI Toyota is seeking a Parts Interpreter in Adelaide to join our West Terrace team. You will provide knowledgeable advice, identify parts using our catalogue, process orders, and support inventory and warehouse tasks to keep the dealership running smoothly.

Ideal candidates have automotive parts knowledge, strong interpersonal skills, and a willingness to learn new products and systems. A current driver's licence is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience as automotive Parts Interpreter is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts and components.
• Well-developed interpersonal skills and an ability to work in a team.
• An aptitude for learning about new products, policies and processes.
• Good computer skills, with an ability to learn and use new systems quickly.
• Possession of a current driver’s licence (essential).

Responsibilities

• Providing exceptional, knowledgeable advice and service to customers.
• Using the parts catalogue to accurately identify and interpret parts.
• Processing customer orders using the electronic order system.
• Assisting with inventory management to ensure parts are available when needed.
• Supporting with general ad-hoc warehouse tasks.
