Repairhub is seeking an experienced Paint Prepper / Colour Mixer to join the Prestons team. The role involves paint preparation, colour matching using PPG products, and preparing vehicles for paint application.

You will perform sanding, masking and cleaning of vehicles, contributing to high-quality repair outcomes in a supportive, team-based environment. No automotive experience? transferable skills may apply, with full training provided.

• Trade qualification or relevant industry experience preferable.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Paint Prepper / Colour Mixer to join the skilled Prestons team. The day-to-day duties of this role are to be part of a successful team that promotes and delivers a quality repair outcome.

We are looking for people with a range of skills to undertake paint preparation activities, including mixing and formulating paints, colour matching PPG Paint Products, sanding, masking, and cleaning vehicles and its body components in preparation for paint application.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

• Trade qualification and/or relevant industry experience preferable
• Drivers Licence
• Appropriate Australian working rights
• Be a strong team player
• Have a genuine interest in the industry

No automotive experience? Transferrable skills from another industry are highly advantageous!
