Job summary

Kinetic Fleet Services (KFS) is looking for an Automotive Electrician to join our Molendinar workshop in Queensland. You will perform fault finding, diagnostics, repairs, installations and preventative maintenance across a diverse diesel and electric bus fleet.

The role requires a Certificate III in Automotive Electrical Technology, experience with heavy commercial fleets, and an MR licence (HR preferred). You’ll excel working autonomously and as part of a team in a safe, inclusive workplace.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Automotive Electrical Technology or equivalent.
• Experience in providing electrical maintenance and repairs to heavy commercial fleet.
• Minimum MR licence (HR licence or higher is preferred but not essential).
• Ability to maintain effective working relationships.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Electrical fault finding, diagnostics, repairs and maintenance across a diverse fleet.
• Perform installations and preventative maintenance of electrical systems.
• Work with both diesel and electric bus technology in a modern workshop.

To support our ongoing growth, we have recently introduced an Automotive Electrician role to our tight-knit team based at our commercial workshop in Molendinar.

As an Auto Electrician with Kinetic, you'll work across a diverse and modern fleet, carrying out electrical fault finding, diagnostics, repairs, installations, and preventative maintenance. From traditional diesel vehicles to the latest electric bus technology, you'll have the opportunity to work with advanced systems and cutting-edge transport solutions, ensuring no two days are the same.

The boxes you’ll tick:

• Certificate III in Automotive Electrical Technology or equivalent
• Experienceinproviding electrical maintenance and repairs to heavy commercial fleet
