Job summary

Asahi Beverages is seeking a senior technology leader to own the integrated technology ecosystem for a new highly automated Distribution Centre in Melbourne. You will connect enterprise warehouse and transport platforms with automation, data and reporting, partnering with Operations, Digital, IT and engineering to validate systems and support go-live.

Qualifications

Leadership experience in business-critical systems within highly automated, safety-critical environments.
Strong knowledge of warehouse and transport platforms, WCS, SCADA and PLC-based controls.
Experience applying structured analysis, process mapping and defect triage to improve performance.
Sound commercial judgement in technology services, licenses, and lifecycle investment.
Ability to communicate complex technology and priorities across multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead the integrated ecosystem across ECC, EWM, TM, Retriever, WCS, SCADA, PLC-based controls, NOXX, monitoring and reporting, setting ownership and performance standards.
Establish service levels, support tiers and recovery arrangements for incident response and business continuity.
Govern solution design, access, configuration, testing, releases, integrations, and data controls to keep changes safe and supportable.
Shape lifecycle investment, upgrades and improvements to strengthen reliability and decision-making.
Support internal teams, vendors and automation partners through commissioning, readiness, go-live and ramp-up.
